HP ProBook 450 G8 Core i5 11th Gen, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD (Refurbished) – Dependable Everyday Computing on a Sensible Budget
The HP ProBook 450 G8 is a 15.6-inch business laptop that brings HP’s commercial-grade build and security within reach of students, first-time buyers and cost-conscious offices. Inside, the 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 quad-core processor reaches up to 4.2 GHz with Turbo Boost, so Microsoft Office, Zoom classes, online banking and research browsing all run comfortably. In addition, 8GB of DDR4-3200 RAM handles typical multitasking, while two SODIMM slots support up to 32GB, so you can upgrade later rather than replace the laptop. Meanwhile, a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD boots Windows in seconds and opens files far faster than an older hard-drive machine.
Alongside the 15.6-inch anti-glare display, the laptop includes a full-size spill-resistant keyboard with a numeric keypad, which suits long assignments, data entry and invoicing. Furthermore, the aluminium-accented chassis has gone through MIL-STD 810H testing and 120,000 hours of the HP Total Test Process, so it copes with daily matatu rides from Rongai or Kasarani into the CBD. For connectivity, it offers USB-C, USB-A, HDMI, RJ-45 Ethernet and a microSD card reader. As a result, you can plug into a projector, a wired office network or a phone’s memory card without extra adapters.
