Vention Flat HDMI to VGA Converter 0.15M Black (42154) – Keep Your VGA Monitor and Projector Working
The Vention Flat HDMI to VGA Converter 0.15M Black (42154) is a compact adapter that converts a digital HDMI signal into analog VGA, so a laptop, mini PC or TV box with an HDMI male output can drive a monitor or projector with a VGA female input. It outputs up to 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) at 60Hz, which matches the native resolution of most VGA office monitors and classroom projectors. In addition, it draws power from the HDMI port, so it needs no external power supply and no drivers. Meanwhile, the pure copper core, gold-plated connectors and foil shielding help keep the picture clean and free of ghosting. Because the flat 0.15m cable bends easily behind a monitor or inside a laptop bag, it suits a cyber café in Githurai or a school computer lab in Kisumu where older VGA screens are still in daily use.
Key Features
In short, this converter stands out in five areas:

- No external power or drivers – plug-and-play, powered by the HDMI port
- Pure copper core with gold-plated connectors – a stable, low-noise signal
