Vention USB External Sound Card Black Metal Type (VAB-S17-B) – Separate Mic and Headphone Jacks from Any USB Port
The Vention USB External Sound Card Black Metal Type (VAB-S17-B) is a plug-and-play USB audio adapter that turns a USB-A port into two separate 3.5mm jacks: one for a microphone and one for headphones or speakers. Today, many slim laptops carry only a single combo audio jack, so a headset with separate pink and green plugs cannot use its microphone. This sound card solves that by giving each plug its own port, and it also replaces a damaged or crackling built-in audio jack. It outputs 2.1-channel audio at 44.1/48kHz, 16-bit, which covers calls, music, online classes and voice recording
Meanwhile, a built-in noise reduction chip limits electromagnetic interference, so voices sound cleaner than through a basic adapter. In addition, the ABS and aluminium alloy shell protects the electronics, and a 0.15m cable keeps the unit from straining the USB port. Because it works without drivers on Windows, macOS and PS4, a call-centre agent in Westlands or a student attending online lectures from Kisumu can plug in and talk within seconds.
