HP EliteBook 840 G8 Core i5 11th Gen, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD (Refurbished) – A Durable, Long-Running Business Laptop at an Accessible Price
The refurbished HP EliteBook 840 G8 is a 14-inch aluminium business laptop that HP subjected to MIL-STD 810H tests for drops, vibration, temperature and humidity. As a result, it copes well with daily bumps on matatus, dusty field sites and busy open-plan offices. It also carries HP’s Long Life 53Wh battery, which HP rates at up to 15 hours 45 minutes, and HP Fast Charge restores about 50% in 30 minutes, a practical advantage when KPLC power drops out in Nakuru or Kisumu.
Under the keyboard, an 11th Gen Intel Core i5 processor (i5-1135G7 or vPro i5-1145G7, depending on unit) delivers 4 cores, 8 threads and turbo speeds up to 4.4GHz, with Intel Iris Xe Graphics. In addition, 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM keeps Office, Teams and browser work smooth, while the 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD suits users who store most files in OneDrive or Google Drive. The laptop also supports up to 64GB of RAM across two SO-DIMM slots; therefore, it can grow with your workload. Every unit arrives refurbished, tested and inspected for dependable daily use.
